Tomato and egg noodles

Simple lunch, it’s a little like pasta but Chinese style, alternatively you can switch the noodles to rice.

  • 2 Tomato
  • 1 Egg
  • 200g Noodles
  • 50g Spring onions
  • 15g Garlic
  • 10ml Tomato sauce
  • 5g Salt
  • 10g Sugar
  • 5ml Cooking wine


  1. Prepare the ingredients before we cook, clean, peel and cut the tomatoes, and chop some garlic and onions. Then hit up a pan with oil, fry the mixed eggs first then place it in a bowl for later use, then add garlic and spring onions first, then add tomatoes and keep frying, then add the eggs, salt, sugar, tomato sauce. then fry for a little while then turn of the fire. Now boil some noodles in a pot, then mix with the tomato and eggs and serve!
